Ark
Deco is our expanding collection of animal ornaments inspired by
the well-known Noah’s Ark story. The design of each Ark Deco
ornament emphasises the characteristics, which makes each animal
distinctive and unique. These elements are then creatively combined
with geometric Art Deco lines and corresponding angles. This might
be the playfulness of a young Rabbit or the loyal friendship of
a little Scottie Dog. Most of the work involved in designing each
Ark Deco animal is deciding what to leave out. This is often a long
process involving the reduction an idea until you reach its essence.
Over the next couple of years we will be adding new Ark Deco animal
designs to the collection, along with a Noah’s Ark, mantle
clock. |
