The
inspiration for this mantle set comes from combining a machine age
style alphabet font with the exciting, bold and often daring paintings
of the famous Art Deco Artist, Tamara de Lempicka. During the 1920's
and 30's Tamara painted many wonderful portraits using a distinctively
unique combination of strong colours and soft Cubist lines, epitomizing
the cool modernism and bold style of Art Deco. |
