This
picture shows the careful sculpting of an Echo of Deco clay master.
All our designs are initially hand crafted using this traditional
method of construction. When the master has been successfully completed
a casting is then taken by pouring liquid potters plaster over the
design. Once the plaster cast has fully hardened and completely
dried out it will then be used as an Echo of Deco working mould.
This process enables us to create accurate handmade clay castings
of our Echo of Deco designs. |

Echo
of Deco ceramics are designed and individually hand made at our
studio pottery in the UK. We only produce around 750 pieces in total
each year, which has made Echo of Deco a highly collectable and
enjoyable investment for the future. Being art potters our strengths
and interests are naturally focused on creating new designs and
glazes. With every firing comes the opportunity to experiment and
discover fresh combinations of colour. The most captivating aspect
of Art Pottery are these adventures often result in exciting and
unexpected unique glaze finishes that can never exactly be reproduced.
We are proud to say that Echo of Deco Art Pottery is well known
to collectors from all around the world, who value our craftsmanship
and individual approach to carefully making each piece by hand.
For authenticity all Echo of Deco Art Pottery is hand signed, back
stamped and comes with a date numbered certificate. |

note that we are a small studio pottery specialising in creating
individual hand made pieces of ceramic art. The photographs shown
on the web site are examples of our glaze colours, many of which
are unique one off custom finishes, others are only made from time
